Q: Does Plymouth Language Program offer in-person or online classes?
A: This changes semester by semester. The mode of class is dependent by semester and teacher availability. Some semesters are primarily online while others are a mix of both. Reach out to inquire or view our listed courses to find out what we are currently offering.
Q: Are Plymouth Language Program’s courses open to everyone?
A: Yes, absolutely! We welcome all people to join our classes.
Q: Can I receive college credits?
A: Plymouth Language Program is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting language education. Because we are not accredited, we cannot grant college credits.
Q: Can Plymouth Language Program help me get a visa to study in the U.S.?
A: Since we are not an accredited institution, our courses do not fulfill any visa requirements.
Q: How long is each class?
A: Each class is one hour in duration. Fall and Spring semesters have 24 classes while summer semester is 16 classes long.
Q: If my class is online, when will I receive the Zoom link for my course?
A: Your Zoom link will arrive via email the week before the semester begins.
Q: When and how can I expect to connect with my online teacher?
A: Your teacher will be in contact with you via email the week before the semester begins.
Q: Can I join a class mid- semester?
A: We do accept students after registration ends, however students should keep in mind that joining mid semester may present challenges. Please reach out to us below to request to join a class for the current semester if registration is closed.
